In conjunction with The Spanish Acquisition (Australia’s number one importer of Spanish wines), Santiago’s Head Chef Gregorio Montalban Sanchez from Granada in Spain has matched each and every dish on our tapas menu with its ideal beverage accompaniment. This is your chance to taste all those Spanish wines/sherries that are normally unavailable by the glass. Or maybe you just need some guidance on which beverage goes perfectly with what dish.
We are offering tasting-sized pours, so you can try a range of different beverages - one for each of the tapas dishes you order.
