Wednesday and Saturday nights are Paella Nights at Santiago. Paella is a traditional Spanish dish of rice and seafood slow cooked in a large cast-iron pan. A pan of Paella can be shared between 2-3 people and takes 45 minutes to slow cook to perfection.

There are three types of Paella to choose from:

Seafood Paella - King Prawns, Shrimp, Calamari, Mussels, Trevally Fillet and Scampi.

Traditional Paella - King Prawns, Scampi, Mussels, Calamari, Shrimp, Italian Sausage and Chicken.

Black Squid Ink Paella - King Prawns, Mussels, Calamari, Trevally Fillet, tomatoes and white wine.

The finest imported Bomba rice, Spanish saffron and freshest seafood and meats go into making our Paella nights a frequently re-visited event. Of course, our tapas menu is available on these nights too.
